Like many property investors, my starting point was saving for a deposit and purchasing my first investment property in my personal name. A tenant was found, agreements were put in place, and the journey as a landlord began. I handled all compliance personally.

After spending time researching and understanding the structure of property ownership, I made the decision to transfer my property into a limited company. I handled all compliance personally.

By handling both personal and limited company compliance first-hand, I began refining processes and building more efficient systems. Over time, this developed into a clear, consistent approach to managing the financial and compliance side of a property business. 

Based on this experience, KJ Compliance was created, offering property investors a straightforward service to keep their business compliant.
