All pricing is transparent and clearly defined. Our fees are based on a standard level of activity per property. For straightforward property portfolios, our standard pricing model applies without issue. 

If there is an unusually high volume of transactions or complex, non‑standard activity, this may give rise to additional fees. In all cases, any additional costs are discussed and agreed with you in advance of any work being carried out.

Of course! Our service is designed to scale easily as your portfolio grows. You can start with one property and add additional properties one at a time by simply notifying us. Pricing is fully transparent, so you’ll always know the additional cost in advance, making it easy to plan as you expand.
