Our Bookkeeping Service

Our bookkeeping service is designed to be simple and specifically tailored to landlords. We take full responsibility for maintaining your records by securely linking our accounting software (Xero™) directly to your business bank account and managing the bookkeeping on your behalf. This means transactions are recorded and categorised for you, without the need for your day‑to‑day input. 

Property Focused Reporting

We track financials by individual property, allowing you to clearly see how each property is performing. Income and expenses are tracked on a property‑by‑property basis, giving you meaningful insight into property performance, not just portfolio performance.

Minimal Involvement, Maximum Clarity

In most cases, everything can be handled using bank transaction data alone. Occasionally, we may request clarification for: 

- One‑off or unusual transactions

- Payments made outside the linked bank account

- Non‑standard items that don’t follow normal patterns

When this happens, we’ll contact you with a short, clear query so the transaction can be recorded correctly. This keeps your records accurate while keeping your involvement to a minimum.
